I spotted the amazing pricing shown above in Hardwick Road Tesco earlier on this evening. The small tins on the left cost 33p each. Those double their size on the right cost 32p. Not a simple case of the half-size tin costing just a tiny little more than half the price of its bigger brother - it's actually a whole penny cheaper, full stop. The mind boggles. No wonder the big cans had almost sold out.
Another good offer is on the Bavaria non-alcoholic beer at the moment. If you need to stock an alcohol-free beer for a party or barbecue or somesuch, try this stuff, it actually tastes rather lovely!
